At Cinch Jeans, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your unworn jeans and apparel in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, then track your return status via our portal.
